A customer who has received the chit amount cannot delete their account until all installments are fully paid and the chit is closed :

          A customer joins a chit scheme. After a few months, the customer participates in the auction, wins the chit, and receives the prized amount. After receiving the amount, the customer may try to avoid paying the remaining installments. This can cause financial loss to other members and the chit company, and it also violates chit fund rules and agreements. Therefore, a customer who has received the chit amount cannot delete their account until all installments are fully paid and the chit is closed.

          * Requests will be completed within 3–7 working days

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We do not directly use cookies.

12. Refund Policy

At SreeJayanathan chits, we are committed to providing clear and fair refund terms for all our members. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are applicable in the context of your chit fund subscription and payments made through our website/app.

If a payment is made multiple times for the same installment or entry. We will verify the transaction and initiate a refund of the excess amount within 5-7 working days via the same payment method or through NEFT/IMPS.

If the amount is debited from the customer account and the transaction was not successful, we will verify the transaction and initiate a refund amount within 3 - 5 working days via NEFT/IMPS.

13. Disclaimer

We use third-party payment gateway services to facilitate secure online payments. These services are independent providers, and we do not have control over their operations, uptime, or policies.

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We will cooperate with them during any investigation but are not responsible for direct chargebacks or disputes initiated via banks.
