A customer who has received the chit amount cannot delete their account until all installments are fully paid and the chit is closed:

          * A customer joins a chit scheme. After a few months, the customer participates in the auction, wins the chit, and receives the prized amount. After receiving the amount, the customer may try to avoid paying the remaining installments. This can cause financial loss to other members and the chit company, and it also violates chit fund rules and agreements. Therefore, a customer who has received the chit amount cannot delete their account until all installments are fully paid and the chit is closed.

          * Requests will be completed within 3–7 working days.
