Account Deletion and Data Retention

We respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. This section explains how you can request account deletion, what data may be retained, and the process we follow.

1 Requesting Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Tablecash account through the account deletion option available in the app or through our account deletion webpage.

i Important – Data Retention for Active Accounts

If you have an active chit, outstanding installments, financial obligations, or other pending contractual or regulatory obligations, certain financial, transaction, and account records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

In such cases, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is not required to be retained, while retaining only the information necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, or financial record-keeping requirements.

Once the applicable obligations have been completed, you may submit a deletion request and the remaining eligible personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention requirements.

2 How to Request Deletion

Through the Tablecash App

Open the Tablecash application and use the Delete Account option available in the app.

Processing Time

The deletion request will be reviewed and processed within 3–7 working days, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, financial, and contractual retention requirements.

3 What Happens After a Deletion Request?

Once we receive a deletion request, we will review the account and determine whether any information must be retained due to legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution requirements.
Personal information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our applicable data retention requirements.
Where certain records must be retained, access to such information will be limited to the extent necessary for the applicable purpose.
