The visitors are cautioned to read all the terms and conditions under which they can access the site for membership and the services offered by the site. Only visitors agreeing for these terms may access the site for membership or for availing any of the free or paid services offered by the site and/or its partners/ affiliates/ advertisers/ franchisees/ agents/ agencies etc. IF THE VISITOR DOES NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, HE/SHE IS ADVISED NOT TO FURTHER ACCESS THE SITE OR REGISTER FOR MEMBERSHIP.

1. 1. After joining the chit, the company's commission is 5% on the installment amount paid.
2. 2. The installment amount must be paid before the date of the chit.
3. 3. If the installment of the chit is paid late, it must be paid with interest.
4. 4. This is not an auction; it is a fixed chit. If more than one person asks for a chit, the chit will be allocated by drawing lots.
5. 5. If you have to cancel your Chit during the month, the remaining amount will be paid at the end of that month minus a 2% service charge.
6. 6. In case of taking the chit, signatures of family members, a guarantee from outsiders, checks, and MOD for immovable property must be provided as collateral depending on the chit amount.
7. 7. The auction of Chit will not be held on company holidays. The auction for the same Chit will be held the next day.
