The application may access call log information to help employees track and manage work-related calls with customers. This information is used only for internal CRM purposes such as customer communication tracking and service management. The SJC CRM application is designed for business use and is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Users can request account deletion through the mobile application. Once the request is submitted, the account will be deactivated and associated personal data will be removed from active systems, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
